Schell Creek Construction has been the main contractor on two major construction projects for Tri-R and S Holdings for several years. In 1999 through 2000, Schell Creek Construction was the General Contractor on the new construction of the Country Club Shell. This is a 3600 square foot facility with underground storage tanks and fuel islands. In 2007 Schell Creek Construction was retained for the construction of a 12,000 square foot retail center. The sne Includes an oil and lube and parts store and a bar and grill . Schell Creek Construction worked very diligently and was able to meet construction within budget. Schell Creek Construction has been the main contractor on major renovation projects at the Western Folklife Center for several years. I have personally worked with Schell Creek construction staff since 2001 and I would highly recommend their work. Schell Creek most recently finished our exhibit gallery renovation in the winter 2006-2007 and is presently involved in our sift shop remodel.
